CeMAP Exam Details
To earn your CeMAP qualification you will need to take three exams, one for each module. Exams can be taken anytime throughout the year, at a Pearson Vue Centre, and they will cover topics learned throughout your CeMAP training.
*Virtual Classroom training has produced some of our highest pass rates and as such, we offer an ‘Exam Pass Guarantee’. If you don’t pass your exam after attending our Virtual Classroom training course, you’ll be eligible to attend another training session again for free.
All we ask is that you attend all class days & complete all relevant assignments, take the exam within 30 days of completing your class, and inform us within 30 days of failing your exam so we can enrol you on the next suitable date.
The fee for each individual exam is £190 (Re-sits £160)

Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge (ASSM)
The Module 1 & 2 exams each take 2 hours to complete, and are made up of 100 multiple-choice questions.
Similar to Module 1 & 2, the Module 3 exam also takes 2 hours to complete however it is made up of 6 case studies with 10 linked multiple-choice questions.
The fee for each individual exam is £190 (Re-sits £160)
